Growing up in small town Kentucky, I learned something pretty early in life - if I wanted to be successful, I needed to be a doctor or a lawyer. In addition to that, I needed to say YES to everyone around me to prove my worth - letting others down wasn't an option. So I people-pleased myself through Pre-Law, internships, and incredible opportunities at university until one day I realized some thing - I was "perfect" on paper, and miserable in reality. I decided I wasn't going to live like that.

That summer, I crowdfunded my way to an entrepreneurship school in San Francisco. I spent almost 5 years on the West Coast building businesses, chasing dreams, and praying huge prayers. Then at the beginning of 2021, I moved back to The South.

I moved to Durham, North Carolina to test the waters. I was scared, I didn't know how it would go, but I KNEW it was time to level the playing field and show women in business what was truly possible for themselves and their businesses. 

I launched my first retreat, which quickly sold out. My team came together to support women in person for the first time since the pandemic, and then, the MAGIC happened. They cried, they grew, and they bloomed - right in front of us. 

From there, I went ALL IN on building. My team and I put on our first conference for women in business in September 2021, and the rest was history. Now, we are expanding like crazy as we support women from all over as they hone in on their visions and take their businesses to the next level.
