Let's start with who I am not, shall we?
I am not a girlboss, or an IG "it girl".
I know how to niche, I just don't want to.
I am no longer a people-pleaser, which has liberated me in massive ways.
And most importantly, I do not believe hustling is productive for ambitious women. Yes, I said it.
Okay, so you made it to the About page, which means you are interested in me. I love a good stalk sesh too, So... hi, I am glad you are here.
I have found most people define themselves with an awe-inspiring "Hero Story" that got them where they are. You know the one - they slept on a couch, had impossible odds, and somehow overcame it all to win big. I am a sucker for a good story - aren't we all?
But before we dive into my story, I have a disclaimer:
I don't want to be your hero. I'm an imperfect woman who believes extraordinary things happen when you are committed to building a God-given dream. Yes, I pray my story spurs you on to write your own courageously. Obviously, I pray the conversations, tools, and solutions I create support you. More than anything, I pray you realize that tug in your heart to create has purpose, and your identity is bigger than anything you could ever create.
Daring to write your own story is life-changing. Do it. I know it will make a difference. Along the way, remember who you are - it isn't about the struggles, failures, wins or, results... It is about the woman you become because of them.
She is your hero, remember that.
Well, hello there!
It all started the moment I finally said NO. (And thank God I did!)
Hi, my name is Allee. I am from small town Kentucky, where it was made very clear to me I could be one of three things if I wanted to be successful: a doctor, lawyer or teacher. I loved Elle Woods, so lawyer it was! I was so focused on doing everything "right", by my senior year I was law school bound, burnt out, and absolutely lost. So, one day I just said no - to everything. I wanted to find myself, so I started making wedding cakes on the side and reading business books... I got an internship with Coca-Cola Global and randomly put together a viral marketing campaign. Then my old boss Cassie told me something earth-shattering... "You should be an entrepreneur, Allee."
And with that... Everything changed.
That summer, I crowdfunded my way to an entrepreneurship school in San Francisco to learn from an esteemed Venture Capitalist. I spent almost 5 years on the West Coast building businesses, chasing dreams, and praying huge prayers. Then at the beginning of 2021, I moved back to The South.
I had learned the lessons, built the businesses, and found the gumption, it was time to bring it back home.
I moved to Raleigh, North Carolina to test the waters. I was scared, I didn't know how it would go, but I KNEW it was time to level the playing field and show women in business what was truly possible for themselves and their businesses.
Alongside running my marketing agency, I launched my first retreat, which quickly sold out. My team came together to support women in person for the first time since the pandemic, and then, the MAGIC happened. They cried, they grew, and they bloomed - right in front of us.
That was the exact moment it all changed - that was when I knew women were ready for more.
From there, I went ALL IN on building. My team and I put on our first conference for women in business in September 2021, and I continued to build my businesses. The rest was history. We expanded like crazy - supporting women from all over as they honed in on their visions and took their businesses to the next level. It was magic.
Then, burnout hit.
After an explosive few years, I realized building business was one thing... Scaling was another. I had 4 multiple 6-figure generating businesses, a team of 14... Yet, I was left tired and uninspired. Which posed the pivotal question:
I realized my mission wasn't just helping women build a business. It was helping them build a life that aligned with their values. Maybe that was scaling to a multi-million dollar business. Or creating a career that let them stay home with their kiddos. Or traveling the world. Or creating financial freedom for their family. Or giving back to their communities. Or simply saying, "No, thank you." to what they didn't want to do anymore.
I realized this was our next level... Learning how to build something good, that will last, so you can prioritize what matters: life. So I leaned in again... And everything changed.
The girl boss in me died.
Plot Twist:
This is where my story actually begins.
Women were ready for more... But what am I giving them?
The woman Leader who took her place saved me.
AND NOW I am GOING TO HELP YOU DO THE SAME.
No matter your vision, trade, or where you are in your journey - you are exactly where you need to be. You have been created with a God-given call on your life... It's time to stop messing around and pick up the phone. I have helped thousands of women transform their lives, get unstuck, and on fire in business and beyond. Most of all, I have done the same for myself - again and again. I am not here to be your hero - I am here to help you save yourself.
You don't need to be a lawyer, doctor or people pleaser.... You don't have to girl boss yourself into burnout. You just need to be you. This is a marathon, not a sprint. Are you ready? Good. Let's build your vision - from the inside out.
